A Sea of Stars

As I look to the sky I feel so small
to know that God that made me, made it all.
The vast expanse of starry sky,
It simply makes my how and why
That I’m a spec in a place so large
That the one who cares for me, is the one in charge.

Could I sail on that starry sea,
to see what their view of earth looks to me?
Is it a tiny dot, or do they know
that their creator dwelt, here a time ago.
Would our lives, make the planet glow?
Of his love, the universe show.
With each spec, or star so great
of God’s love we all must state.
